We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, setting clear targets, building strong customer relationships, analyzing market trends, forecasting revenue, planning sales incentives, leading the sales team, and preparing regular performance reports.
The Sales Manager will play an important role in driving business growth, improving sales performance, and ensuring that the team achieves company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Set monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Prepare revenue forecasts and sales plans
- Plan incentives to motivate the sales team
- Lead, guide, and support the sales team
- Prepare regular sales reports for management
Requirements:
Candidates should have strong communication skills, leadership ability, sales experience, market knowledge, and the ability to achieve targets. Experience in managing a sales team will be preferred.
