About this role

Description:
We are looking for a professional and organized HR / Admin Officer to manage the company’s human resources and administrative operations. The role includes handling recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, HR policies, office administration, and staff documentation to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in HR and administrative functions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA / HR preferred)
  • 2–4 years experience in HR/Admin role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws is a plus
